Q: I've only had these boots for about 7-8 months and the cheap teeth of the zipper seem to have broken just from standard use, what should I do?

Should have a shoe repair shop near you if you wanted to get them repaired. Google 'shoe repair near me'. If not I guess you buy new boots?

Q: Does it have an arch?

a small arch, these boots are very comfortable and fit great, if you have a job that you have to stand or walk alot, these are perfect and also go with slacks, Jean's or chinos, highly recommend.

Q: how much toes space is there? also i usually wear about 8.5 uk size and add a chiropractor insole heel would a larger size be more ideal?

For me there is a lot of room, but I don't have an insole to contend with and I wear thin socks. Might want to pick a 9?

Q: Why are size 11 £25 dearer than size 10.5?!!

No idea sorry :). But they are lovely boots , true to size, look as good in the flesh and very comfortable. :)
