AllSett Health Posture Neck Exercising Cervical Spine Hydrator Pump

I've suffered from neck issues for 30 years due to injury. It "locks up" and is extremely painful. A chiropractor in Destin FL recommended a Neck Pump. Their office sold a product for $200. After searching Amazon, we chose this item. We have been VERY happy with the performance. The strap has a chin and forehead strap, the pump works well. Most importantly, it has kept my neck moving freely. I haven't been to the chiropractor for neck issues since I've purchased this item 3 months ago. When I complete a 10 minute session, I feel "taller". The neck is stretched free of pain. It works and is a good value compared to other options.

My chiropractor told me to get this. I have had some minor neck issues that have gotten a little worse as I got older. I would get this pain in my neck that would radiate down into my ribcage and shoulder blade. But I was able to gently twist my neck, hear a loud pop, and the pain would instantly be gone. I had a hard time getting it to crack one time and I think I twisted it too hard. I had pain for a while and range of motion probs after that, did PT which was very helpful, but was never able to crack it again to get rid of that pain. That was about 8 years ago. Now, I have been using this posture pump every day. 3 weeks after I bought it, my chiro could feel a difference in my neck. Also, after about a week and a half of use, I was able to crack my neck again after not being able to for several years. My neck doesn't crack as easily as it did 8 years ago before I hurt it, but as continue to use this, it is getting better. As I am laying there using it, it doesn't make sense... it doesn't feel like it's doing anythg... but it really is working for me.

The Wife Here:I got this neck posture pump because my dentist asked me to. He told me to try to do it for 15 minutes each night with my jaw orthotic in to help with my neck pain and headaches. He asked me to start with a couple of pumps for a few minutes and build upon it. Do NOT try seven minutes the first time, like I did, because you will get dizzy, light headed, and have a whopper of a headache for a bit after you do it.Does the posture pump work? I believe that it helps me to work more on my posture throughout the day and alleviates some pain if I do it regularly. If I miss a couple of days I cannot just go back to doing fifteen minutes. I need to use it more regularly and then it'll be fine.Does the pump squeeze part work? Yes, even after a month of almost nightly use. Does it feel like it is losing air at times? It only does if I catch the tubing under the light blue plastic part of the pump where it isn't supposed to go.It is like brushing your teeth. You don't think that just brushing them once before you go to the dentist will work right? It has to be a regular routine that you use. The same goes for this posture pump. If you use it regularly it will help you.

I previously owned Two different Neck Adjustment devices - both purchased on Amazon.The other two worked great, but the pressure relief button broke on both and became inoperable.This one just hurts my neck! The head strap is awful as it doesn't fit correctly and the inflatable, neck pressure portion just digs into my neck without providing stretching benefits.

This is a knock off version of a very expensive product that my chiropractor wanted me to buy from him for $199. It feels the same as the one that I used at his office. I have had many years of neck pain and have lost my natural curve in my neck. I have used the posture pump for 2 weeks 10 minutes each night and have seen great improvement. No pain and tightness. They do need to improve the head strap as the Velcro does not stay and comes lose.

Though I see the value and effectiveness of this product I found the head restraint system to be exceedingly difficult to secure on my own. So I decided not to use it all and allow gravity to apply counterforce against the air pocket. I will end up keeping the product but I believe the price is 50% higher than it should be.

This really helps with my neck pain and stiffness. Last year I saw a chriopractor for all the pain, stiffness, migraines and numbers I was experiencing. X-rays found my neck is bent about 45 degrees in the opposite direction it's supposed to be and a small hip fracture that never healed properly. I also work on computers a lot so needless to say I got problems and with no health insurance and busy lifestyle I need to be able to keep up.This device does help, I get pinching pains in my neck and shoulders and this has helped in the short time that I use it. I use it 2-3x a day for 5-10mins. It's uncomfortable while in use but feels much better later on your neck. It's a great drug-free way to try to keep your neck right and supplement other therapy.Basically I bought this because the pain was getting almost unbearable and now it's there but I can function better. I plan to use long-term.

I waited for a month to leave a review on this posture corrector. I had been wanting a posture pump but couldn’t really afford it, so I decided to try this one & just see if I’d have any results. Well….it works perfectly & just as well as the posture pump that costs over $300. I see a corrective chiropractor weekly & had X-rays done the week after starting this posture pump, I will have new X-rays done in September to see how things are looking in my neck. I currently am at a 74% loss of my neck curve. I know that I can feel a difference already for sure! So I’m excited to see the progress later this year.If you’re on the fence about trying this, just go for it! I’m glad I did.
