ThinSlim Foods 40 Calorie Low Carb Blueberry Muffins - Keto-Friendly 4 Pack

Muffin has texture of angel food cake but none of the flavor. I ordered the banana and it literally had zero flavor of any kind.

Ow carb, low cal, 4 to a pack.. what more do you want?They are more dense than the traditional muffin, but very satisfying.Warmed up for a couple minutes, slathered in butter...it's just the right amount.

The only redeeming feature of these is that they do SMELL like blueberry muffins. They do NOT however, resemble any taste of them. The texture is horrible; it's very, very dense, and faintly smells like banana. It's also chalky at the same time if that's possible. I'm on the Keto diet and so badly wanted to find low carb muffins. I'd rather not eat a muffin for the rest of my days before attempting to eat another one of these.

UPDATE: 4/11/15I decided to give these another shot to see if the company got its act together, and I'm happy to say that they seem to be returning to the original taste and texture. I tried a few different flavors, and the peanut butter and blueberry were good again, though the cinnamon still seemed to have the same problems mentioned below so may have come from an older batch. I'm hoping they return to their original greatness, since I've really missed them! Adding two more stars, and keeping my fingers crossed that it's a permanent change!I've been a regular consumer of these muffins for quite some time and they've been a treasured staple of my low carb diet. However, during the past few months they seem to have changed their recipe - they are now clumpy, crumbly, and bitter with a horrible aftertaste. My son captured it best when he said they now taste like clay. It's very disappointing as they were my favorite "treat" foods, but I won't be ordering anymore unless they go back to the original recipe.

Although small - these are delicious and filling. They are the perfect dessert or breakfast side to take with me when traveling. I will be buying again!

I was excited get these even with the high price for 4 very small muffins and nearly $10 for shipping. I just took a bite and literally spit it out into the sink. The artificial smell of chemical blueberry was a turn off but I really wanted to finally enjoy a blueberry muffin with my coffee! These are nothing like the picture, there are no blueberries and the texture is so strange & mealy- just gross!

It is okayyyyyy. I was suuuuper excited about it and willing to take a chance on it...I put it in the freezer immediately like the package says. After a while put one in the fridge for a few days, and it was fine. No mold. All good. It's also cold outside and inside here. The first one I had I thought was super delicious, but it's definitely not going to be for everyone and I wouldn't eat it often because of the strong flavour... It's just SOOOOO low calorie and fat and has protein. When I read the (negative) review that it tasted like banana laffy taffy, I'm like, "SOLD!" I love banana laffy taffy and miss that and candy in general so much. It kind of does, but the artificial flavouring can be a bit much even for me. So I kind of like it but would be interested in some different flavourings...Update: Tried the blueberry and cinnamon. Both pretty good. Blueberry was probably my favourite. Just love how low calorie they are! Nice and soft. I was cooking blueberries and cherries to eat with them.

I wanted to like these because I wanted a low carb muffin. I ate 2 bites and threw them out. They taste like chemicals. I will just make my own muffns from now on.
