This is a great recovery product. The ingredient profile is very complete and it shows upon taking this repeatedly post-workout. I love the 34g of protein along with the awsome carbs for growth per serving and how versatile this supplement is for it can be used on a bulk or a cut. I recommend this to anyone who wants to build muscle, reduce soreness, plans to do a cut or just someone who plainly wants a high quality and complete recovery formula. Best post-workout supplement
This is the best post workout supplement I’ve ever used. It mixes great with water and is very easy to drink. The ingredients speak for themselves! It is a little pricier than most other basic protein supplements but it’s because of the fantastic list of post workout ingredients. Do yourself a favor and at least try it out, you won’t be disappointed!

Most complete post-workout
This tastes decent and mixes ok in the standard (28oz?) shaker cup with the springy ball. Good blend of protein and carbs and I like the glucosamine and joint support.Piña colada- pleasantly surprised by the taste (I haven’t tried adding rum yet 🙃)Fruit punch was not as good.

Product has changed.
We have been using this protein for many many years. This shipment is different. They have changed the formula. It is much thicker and more like a whey protein mix. Not a great change. Not as light and delicious. Disappointed and wish they would let people know that it is a "NEW" formula.

I have used this for years after weight training, marathons, century rides and triathlons. Has never let me down. You come back feeling better and better each training session. Orange is my flavor.
