It's a wheel.
The media could not be loaded. Pretty good, not too sure what's going on with the other reviews about sandpaper or having to self assemble. This item comes pre assembled which is nice. However, the person that assembled this did not do a great job at putting the wheel back together (see video)Overall, it's pretty decent. Build quality needs some work. The wheel is quite quiet not silent but not too loud either.
