Quality of product, ease of assembly
Excellent quality, easy to assemble. I preferredmore robust skies which I ordered separately. The walker moved over all surfaces more easily.Absolutely love the covers for the handles which are super soft and they only need some adjustment rarely. They really soften the grip for your hands especially if you bare a lot of weight on you hands.

Nice solid design
Easy to assemble. Two wheels in the front much more secure than single wheel versions.

Sturdy, but....
This is a nice, very lightweight walker. I had one for over a year I beat into the ground on a daily basis, and it took me a year and falling onto it that finally wrecked it.The only one thing I don't like is the wheels are a little bit wobbly. If you really, really need your walker for balance, you might want to reconsider the purchase.Love the bright blue color, handsome grips. Not fond of the options for the stationary feet, but I put on tennis balls anyway, so I don't really care.

Not for short people! Skis don't fit.
I am 5' 5" and if I were any shorter, I could not use this walker. They say the way to determine how tall the walker should be. The top (side) should hit the middle of your wrist. I had to put it on the lowest setting. Also, the skis they provided don't fit. They slide right out.The walker itself is amazing! It not only looks good (love the color) but it is super sturdy! I don't have to worry about it slipping. Even at over 325 pounds, I fit comfortably inside the two sides with room to spare. The walker fits through a normal doorway but there is little room on either side. It has two wheels on each of the front legs giving it more stability. It is not particularly heavy either despite the fact it will support up to 500 pounds! As long as you are at least 5'5", I highly recommend this walker.

Great customer support
The product arrived on time and is very strong and supportive for my big and tall disabled brother. He was very happy with the product but wanted the skis for the front to replace the wheels. It's possible they were in the box when he received it? We were unsure if we just missed them. By the time we had realized he wanted them, he'd thrown the box away. I contacted the company to ask if I could purchase an extra set because it may have been our fault. Betty was so helpful and sent them to us very promptly at no charge. It is a very sturdy and well built walker and the customer service is exemplary. Thank you.

Extremely wobbly and I wouldn't trust it.
I'm an 26+ years long Quadriplegic who has his share of medical equipment since the late 90s (accident was Oct. '98) and so I've seen the weird and misleading marketing/strength ratings a lot of these medical equipment manufacturers put on their stuff. And I can tell you that a good portion of them are inaccurate and in a lot of cases, unsafe for the patient. So take this walker for instance, it's rated for 500 lbs...500 lbs of what? I'm roughly 160 lbs right now and I wouldn't trust 100 lbs of something sitting on it the way they show. Why? The weight rating is supposedly the tensil strength of the aluminum rods. Well, that doesn't say anything about the overall construction of the device. I received this item and after taking a few quick measurements, I knew it wasn't gonna work. It was too narrow across the front and back, and the depth (width) of the side arms was also too narrow. In other cases, I require a bedside commode and in my order history with those, even though they say "heavy duty" with quite a heavy weight limit, the way they're put together are so flimsy that I wouldn't even trust it to sit on let alone to sit there and do my business. So I just wonder sometimes, who's the engineers at these companies that are designing this cheap junk that don't work for most people. Now as for this walker, this is the 3rd one I have ordered to try to get the one I need/want. And it's the worst one yet. The first two orders were wrong item listed/sent. Don't know who's at fault there, Amazon or the Manufacturer. Because neither walker came in the same sort of box, but was the identical walker.

Small
This is a nice walker, but I expected it to be wider since it is for larger people. Pretty color.

Beautiful color
First, the walker is a beautiful and sturdy and will be great for a tall person. However, my uncle cannot use it yet as one of the long screws for one of the crossbars is bent and can’t be used. I have contacted the company and have asked for a replacement screw to be sent to me. Will update my review once I hear back from the company.UPDATE: the seller got back to me within a day, however, my husband was able to use his vice grip to bend the screw the needed amount and we were able to attach the crossbar. My uncle loves his new walker. Updated to five stars for the product and the sellers response.UPDATE after uncle using for 11 weeks. Not a sturdy as I originally thought. When my uncle uses the walker on anything but carpet, the wheels kind of push out to the sides and don’t roll forward easily which makes it hard to push and makes my uncle feel unsteady using it. It also is wobbly and I have retightened the screws. Not sure that I would order it again.
