Great product. Works well with six AA batteries. Very helpful for vocal practice. Easy to tune and use. Package came well packed without any issues. Arrived quicker than expected. Sounds better than iPhone app Shruthi box.

Arrived quickly
Product works great. Came with two adapter plugs. Arrived much earlier than expected. On Xmas day! Not 5 stars only because the plug falls out of the adapter easily. Thanks!

Piece of Junk
The media could not be loaded. I bought this from the seller S Chopra in July 2020 , for my daughter's music class. We used it only once a week, so literally less than 15 times. And now it does it even power on (See video taken today Nov 2020) , the Image is from when I tested in July 2020. I contacted the seller and he is not even processing a refund. Its not like I paid cheap money that I can just let go, I normally never leave a review, But I wanted folks to know that if you get this product from S CHOPRA , your chances of getting a good product or your money back are almost zero. I paid around 125 dollars (86 for the product and 30 plus for the shipping). Please spend your money else where.

Good product
I had ordered this product and it came even before the mentioned time. The kit also included a US pin plus which helped a lot. Works perfectly well and was happy with my order for reliability and efficiency.

Package did not include external power supply cord....
Product is good..but the package did not include power supply cord.Since my wife have "Radel Dhruva nano Zx" box, she used the same power supply cord to operate the shruthi box.2 stars for not providing the power supply cord , in addition to the absence of warranty in USA.+1 star for the quick "free delivery" of the package. It was delivered in 5 days from the day it was ordered.PS:-The box is bigger than we thought...
