this is a nice seat for the money. maybe not as heavy duty as original but more confortable. i was fitting it to a gator 4x2 and the bolt pattern was off just enough that it did not set in the hinge mounting bracket just right. i just burred {opened up}, {or you could use a drill } the hole in the mounting bracket so it lined up , and put it on. looks great , functions fine.took me about 45 mins to hour to complete.

Excellent seats for the price. Fit good, with noted adjustment. Read the instructions and it will work fine. They are comfortable and look good on our Gator.

I got a price from local John Deere store and it was $180 per seat. Just for foam and plastic! I started looking online and ran across this seat. Most all the reviews were promising so I made the decision to try them. Item came in and just like the other reviews, the seats are sturdy and look very nice. I had to get new standard 5/16 bolts for mine but that was no problem. What's a couple more dollars when I saved over $200 going this route. If you want your inserts to fit perfectly into bolt slot then you will need to modify with drill but it is only like an 1/8" difference in height from one side to the other. You can not tell a difference. I recommend this product to everyone.

Great replacement for my John Deere TS Gator at 1/3 the cost of an original. Fit perfectly too. I did have to use my own bolts, but no big deal.UPDATE: This seat is less than 1 year old and it has ripped in 2 places. The Gator is kept inside our garage and is only used recreationally on our small river place. It was not snagged or torn from a screw driver in a back pocket either. It is just cheap material and it is ripping on the corner. I knew that the quality would not be the same as an original John Deere replacement seat for that price, but it should have lasted longer. Disappointed.

These seats being made by JD were a direct replacement using the original mounting hardware for my 2001 Gator 6x4. Perfect!

Really good, higher back, fits my Gator 4x2 using new (reccomended bolts). Only minor complaint is:It's a teeny bit uncomfortable on the seat part (takes getting used to?) & I wish it said "John Deere" on it, but otherwise, worth the money

My JD Gator gets a lot of work and after 13 years the seats finally wore out. JD OEM seats are expensive to replace, so we decided to take the risk on knock off seats. So far so good. They are decent quality. They installed easily into our Gator and are actually more comfortable. I would buy them again.
