This is one of my grandsons birthday present!
This trike is Amazing!!!! We were so impressed with it that as soon as it arrived we went ahead and ordered another one for one of my other grandsons birthdays. It has a bell and real tassels ( not plastic) on the handlebar and a wooden step bar along the back. Very well built and good looking!!!! All of the adults wished they could ride it! Very special toy, so cool that we purchased the second one within 30 minutes!

This is such a cute trike...my granddaughter loves it!
As I stated in the headline, this is such a cute retro trike. Every time my 2 year-old granddaughter comes over and sees it, she says "ooohhhh"!A couple of issues have been resolved. I was very frustrated with Pacific Cycle but ended up being more than satisfied. The original shipment did not include the main frame. I returned the bike to Amazon and received a new one with all parts included.Assembly was easy enough. But when my granddaughter got on the trike, my son and I realized the handle bars were not symmetrical, making the steering a bit off. I called Pacific Cycle and did receive a new handlebar but with no grips. That did not seem like a problem but it turned out thengrips could not be removed without destroying them. We called and were promised a return call from someone who could help. That did not happen.I sent a very unhappy email to the company. While I understand COVID-19 has made business difficult, this was beyond acceptable.I finally received an email from Missy who asked me to call her which I did. She was so helpful. Not only did we get the new grips (and a new bell); Missy asked if my granddaughter had a helmet, which she did not. We received two helmets, one infant and one toddler size!Needless to say, I went from extreme frustration to being totally satisfied! My granddaughter loves the trike and I'm so pleased with how the situation was resolved! Thank you Missy!!

Fun Tricycle
My 2 year old son loves this tricycle. It even has a fun bell on it! It’s easy for him to ride using his feet on the ground. He will be able to grow into this.

Beautiful but very fragile, pedal broken on first week
My son absolutely loved the look of this tricycle. Assembling was easy, but while assembling I realized the parts look a little too fragile. I had to unbend the rear fenders since one was touching the wheel and the other was very misaligned. As we rode on the street he got compliments from strangers about how cool his trike was. On the third ride the left pedal fell and I can't find a way to do a quick fix, it is broken on the inside. Very fragile plastic.I just contacted the vendor asking for a replacement pedal under warranty. I'll update the review once I finish dealing with the broken pedal.I am deeply concerned this beautiful trike is not going to last for years...Edit: I also noticed that the seat is uncomfortable and leaves bruises in my child's lower back. I will have to find a way to cushion the back somehow.Edit: called support (Pacific Cycle) and they told me to email them since the call center is closed due to Covid. Emailed them, got an acknowledgement by a bot and nothing else: 10 days of silence so far. I bought a replacement pedal on Ebay for $15 and I don't know how much it will last. I still want a free pedal replacement from Pacific.Edit: just don't buy this trike.

Terrific
Sent this to a 2 year0ld for her birthday. She was not quite tall enough to pedal yet but could easily "walk" it about for now. This is sturdy and built to pass on to future generations. She should be able to enjoy this until she is 4 to 5 years old. The bright orange color and chrome trim was a hit!

There are better options out there
I acknowledge this is a child’s bicycle and not an elite bike of any kinda, but there are some minor issues that should be taken care if at the factory.Pro:I like the orange color, easy to assemble and has a neat esthetic for a kid. The bell it comes with is plenty loud.Cons:The wheels are not true. They wave back and forth as you spin the wheels and there is no way to adjust it.The bike should have been painted with the accents, it they’re stickers and they weren’t 100% down on all corners which means shortened lifeThe front tire doesn’t line up directly under the front fender. It sits offset to one side. Makes it a little hard to gauge the straightness of the handlebars.Overall it is a decent learning bike for a toddler, but if this is what Schwinn puts out for first impressions I will not be buying any other bikes from them.**** Update:Do not buy this bike if your toddler ever uses it indoors. The nuts that hold the rear wheels protrude out far enough that they will easily damage door trim and drywall’s. The color from the stickers on the fender rub off on those surfaces too. For a learning bike with ANY indoor use this is a definite no.
