Exact product that we wanted and it arrived much earlier than anticipated! Price was relevant and reasonable - very convenient during these challenging times when going to the korean grocery store is limited. Great for homemade noodles / ramen from scratch!
I like Asian flour for making handpulled noodles since they contain slightly less gluten. But when it comes to pulling noodles, it makes a noticeable difference!
