Value for money... Delivered as per timeline. Though product is good but comes with an uneven base hnc prone to imbalance while handling. Suggest to buy a product with flat base for better balance / stability while using & long life

Thank you amazon for timely delivery. And very quick refund. But this time i am disappointed from seller “cloudtail”. I ordered 1ltr flask but got a totally different flask of other type but box was of the one which i wanted.Please cloudtail at least cross check with x-ray machines what is inside the box.I trust Cloudtail the most. Next time please deliver a genuine, new and nicely packed item.I had ordered again from cloudtail. Please don't disappoint me this time.Borosil Product by Eye inspection:the one i got was very classy and build quality was good. Don't know much(returned next day).

Its not hot and cold
The product claims to keep the water hot, but its temperature is not maintained the water temperature falls down like any other regular bottle within an hour.
