Really great purchase!
First of all, IT HAS BUTTONS!! My joy knows no bounds in that, for I'm tired of velcros on collars as they stick to the cat's fur and loses any effectiveness after like a week. The collar has cushy border which I assume is comfortable as my cat isn't making a fuss. Love the colour too. It's pretty good for my super slim 6 months old kitten who was neutered. So, overall, this is a pretty good buy at this price as buttoned comfortable ecollars are hard to find offline. And it's great for small cats or dogs.

Not efficient
I have tried got a small size as my dog is a toy breed. However the collar is not efficient enough to stop my dog from scratching and licking the paws. It has soft cushioning around the collar , its convenient for the dog to even sleep with it but doesn't do the job.

Helped my kitten after her surgery
This review is a bit late.I purchased this in September 2020. My kitten had gotten spayed. And after the surgery she had to be prevented from licking her surgical wound. First few days I didn't buy it thinking I can prevent her from doing it. But I failed. Thankfully first few days she was too weak to irritate her wounds. So seeing her struggle I purchased this.It was a life saver for my kitten and also a game changer for us a family.It has mulitple levels of neck thickness.So we can adjust according to the size of our pets neck.My kitten needed the second one as she is a healthy Himalayan, so generally they are bigger. It had enough flexibility around her neck that she was able to move around freely without feeling constricted. According to the button number the outer plastic size also changed when turned into a cone. It also allows us for the neck part to rest on her shoulder, so she didn't droop her neck due to weight. It has soft edges. So it didn't hurt her neck.It became a game changer when I was able to use it on her when she wanted to sit near the windows. As she won't be able to even attempt to jump out of windows. So she can safely sit near window sill and we as family don't have to worry coz she can't escape the house.I am very happy with this product.
