Two units delivered are different in design and one did not work.
Ordered two door bells and delivered on time. But 2 units are not the same.Bar Code number LPNHY150292374 did not work at all where as the one with Barcode X 000F1ZX77 worked. I was dos appointed for the one which did not work and opted for returning the piece.

Fairly good item
Works well but the last one we had lasted only for 3 months and then the sound stopped. Batteries were not easy to get and expensive but even after changing it it did not work. We then ordered a new one 4 months back. Sound range is not that good, it doesn’t travel across rooms even if the distance is close. However it is an essential item for the elderly who are not mobile and as it is reasonably priced it is worth it, even if it needs to be replaced in the year.

Very satisfied with the loudness of the bell.... Covers a good distance too.... The only drawback is the battery used in the remote... It's china made, not easily available in India and costly.

Missing Accessories.
Product looks different from the one shown in the pics. Package received wasn't a new one. Looked old and the package wasn't sealed either. Bundled cell for remote control missing and not delivered even though the package contains a slot for it.
