Work great the only this is the app that it said it would work with didn't work but I got a different one and it worked perfectly. The pictures would have came out better but my toddler was climbing on me. So the scope is barely in my ear due to me not wanting to hurt myself with a toddler climbing on me. Great for the price. Totally worth it literally got it so I can clean my hubby's gross ears. Mine aren't that dirty. Even though there is a tiny chunk in the first picture.

This is the worst one I’ve ever seen. I put the app in my iPhone and it wouldn’t work. It kept telling me to connect it and it was. I do not recommend this one at all. I requested a refund and I ordered another one from a different company.

It was very hard to use correctly. When we finally able to get it in the correct position. The image of the camera is blurry. Its fun knick knack to think about, but really difficult to use. Installing the app and device was very simple and easy.

Better than one of the 1st ones I bought. The image quality is superb. Its sharp and clear and the light is bright. Makes cleaning ears easier and better than drops that you have to flush out. I threw in some photos they are not pretty to look at but its reality and this may be in your ears or worse. The sticky gel heads are great. No irritation using those. No need to scrape the wax out it just sticks to the sticky gel. Hope you can buy those separately. Easy connection to Mac. Just plug it in and open up photo booth and switch cameras. 👂👍

I had a rough time finding the right app to use on my laptop. After about 30 minutes of playing around on google I typed in the link that was given on the manual and it finally worked. I did end up downloading an android add on app called blue stacks just so I could get the smart camera capabilities but in the end I was victorious. My ears aren’t that dirty after all. Camera was clear enough to see inside just a little trouble using the tools and seeing at the same time. I like it though.

The camera is not good the tools it comes with suck. Get one that has Bluetooth. You don’t want to hook up a usb every time you want to use it.

When put in the ear, the picture shows nothing, besides too much light, or not enough light. You can't even see a picture at all, not just low quality, but nothing at all. When I remove it from the ear, it shows a white screen. I'm not sure what I could of been doing wrong, but it just didn't work for me.

This endoscope worked great for me. I’ve been having pain in my ear for a while and I wanted to check out what was going on. I had previously bought a different endoscope but it was too big to see into my ear clearly. This one is small enough I was able to see a little hair stabbing the inside of my ear. Very weird that a little hair was causing so much pain.I used this endoscope on my windows pc. I didn’t install the suggested software since it is not needed. I used the windows webcam software and it worked just fine. I love the little tools it comes with. They are useful in cleaning out excess wax.Overall this was a fantastic purchase that I will use many times.
