Loveeee this shower head and it was probably the easiest one I have ever installed.

Easy to install, thermostatic valve, shower head and hand held shower
This is the second shower system installed at my home. It is simple. Works well. I hust do not like the plastic flex supplied with the hand held. It is too rigid.

Not for standard American installation
This fixture is not for standard American installation. It is made for walls that are 6 inch think of concrete, rather than our 4 inch walls. I had to retrofit my entire bathroom project around these and will now have to stick to them for life or break down my shower wall to change the plumbing to fit American fixtures. There is absolutely nothing about this in the details or descriptions. It’s a beautiful waste of money, time, and bathroom space.

Packaging was sub par
Very nice quality, but received in packaging that was subpar, pieces had been jostled about, I worried about scratching, but so far, so good.

Better not return it
I really like the features of this handheld. Unfortunately it did not work with the plumbing in the bathroom. Returned And still have no refund. UPS says it arrived on Dec 4 th. It is January 21st and still no refund. Do not order from this seller.

Great while it lasted…and the Hansgrohe “lifetime” warranty is not useful
The shower set worked well enough though the selector button felt like it was never going to last. As expected, the button eventually failed, but I was especially disappointed that Hansgrohe would not stand behind the item at all. Their warranty does not cover “wear and tear” which for a shower set means they pretty much have given themselves an out on any warranty claim. Their “lifetime warranty” is great for marketing but practically useless in reality.
