I think you don't need to take anti-hypertnesive pills or you can reduce the amount of daily pills. As this also effective for hyoertnsive symptom.

Q: Doesn't it contain the neurotoxin called annonacin? I read that it's in the leaves and fruit.

I honestly don't know. it is not stated on the label.
