Use some pliers. It will come off.

Q: Is there a place to order a cap for the glass bottle or different bottom that is just a container and not funnel shaped?

The vials are crazy cheap online I wouldn't bother with just ordering tops. I got 20 vials for $10 or something. As to the flat bottom, I haven't found anything and I have looked.

Dear customer: Yes, you can clean it by unscrewing it directly.

Q: Where can I buy more of the assorted containers that come with the grinder?

On Amazon I think they call them "dram" vials.
