Works great!!!! Work so great we bought 2 more for our other bikes. My Hubby has a trigger thumb and this helps.

The size is great. It allows you to adjust it easily by spinning it the opposite way. If you try to spin it as if you were giving gas, it tightens. So it will remain adjusted for a long time. It is not as ergonomic to the palm/wrist as others, but this one worked better for me based on that I mentioned before. Quality is good, it lasted so far over 40 non consecutive riding hours.

I'm still getting used to this item, but it is helpful in being able to move your throttle hand around a bit, when it starts to go numb. It is a little hard to maintain a steady speed, until you find the exact spot where the cramp buster needs to be, but it allows me to ride a bit longer between rest stops.

"Tool free" is used as a selling point, but it's actually the only downside to this because mine still slips even with the included band... New grips have been on my wishlist, so I'm guessing that will help (unknown how old mine are, could be original, it's an '05) but I have a feeling that since this is just an open piece of plastic it will inevitably relax and slip over time anyway...

This has helped me extend and enjoy my rides. I have a Rheumatoid condition that makes it tough to grip the throttle on my Cam-Am Ryker for long periods of time. This device fits perfectly and can be adjusted easily. In combination with cruise control this has been a ride saver

I had one of these on my last bike, and couldn't wait to get one for the current bike. Minimizes the numbness you can get from the vibrations of the handlebars.
