Light weight and functional
Protects the shoulders very well. Basic design just works. I use it for electric skateboarding. It saved me once already.

Runs small and is poor quality
This is very cheaply made and runs small. This was an Adult Large but seems to be made for a skinny kid. Not recomended for any serious hockey player.
