I exactly what I needed!
Everything was as advertised and of good quality. This was my first time to use such a device and I found the setup to be easy and it worked as needed. Very happy with my purchase.

Affordable and Works As Advertised
The Huepar 8211G Cross Line Laser Level that I received is of quality construction. The instructions and operation are simple to understand and intuitive. The multiple ways to attache the laser will definitely increase it's versatility. The unit is accurate and the green laser was bright making elevation calculations easy to read.At this time, I would recommend the product. In time durability will be determined.

As good as the price gives
Definitely a solid bright line even usable in daylight within 20ft. Only issue I found on interior projects was the lines were kinda thick like big 1/8th and also it seems to have like reflections or glares coming from the glass on the lazer seen in the picture. Small complaints very happy.

Better quality product than expected
Purchased this item to help with a few small projects around the house: finishing the basement, installing several closets and storage shelving, as well as installing tile in the kitchenette.Found the laser level to be more useful than originally expected due to its ease of use and bright lines and plumb "points", helping me keep my tile courses level and - most importantly - my 24' of wrap-around storage room shelving level from one end to the other. The level has *strong* magnets which makes attaching it to metal surfaces really useful - it will even mount itself to a door strike-plate. While this is a laser, and should be handled with care, it seems to be well constructed and durable enough to be used all over the job site. The batteries were a bit of a trick to figure out initially. Make sure you weave the ribbon between batteries so you're able to remove them easily. I've had too many problems with batteries aging in devices and causing damage, so I no longer store batteries in devices when not in use.Only negative so far is that the batteries don't last as long as I'd like, but the tradeoff of bright green lines makes it worth it.I was a bit reluctant to purchase it initially, but the warranty helped ease my concerns. Haven't had any issues with it yet to comment on the warranty, but overall I'm quite impressed with the unit.

Very good quality for the price.
I had this out on the jobsite today. This is my second laser level from Huepar. My first one was the DIY model. It performed well. This 8211G model is the 6 point pro version. Built a bit more heavy duty. The pro model feels pretty substantial, not like a toy. The base is plastic and has a 1/4" and 5/8" adapter for tripod mounting and two magnets that are adequate for the job. Making the base a little more beefy would be my only recommendation, but it works as intended. The laser quality is very good and holds a decently narrow line. Better than the Dewalt and the Bosch that I use that cost more than twice the amount of the this machine. Green line visability is very good. The DIY model will stay home and the 8211G will stay in my toolbox for jobsite work where the beefier build quality is needed.Every laser level I have used is made in China and the Huepar models are no different. Based on the combination of cost and quality of the product, I would buy one again.

Very functional and visible, but vert plumb starts too far from base.
Like other Huepar devices (I have several different models), there is a use learning curve. Firstly, shutting off the unit is inconvenient as you need to lock the pendulum then press the power button for a couple seconds. My biggest complaint is, however, that when using the vertical plumb line, it does not hit the ground close enough to the unit. My PLS and Dewalt lasers DO throw a vertical very close to the unit, so I can plumb ground lines, but this huepar suffers horribly in this respect. Using a tripod does not help as the throw angle is restricted to no closer that 16” away from the unit. I would be much happier if this was redesigned to extend the vert line to nearly the base of the unit. Overhead, no problem, but my application requires aligning overhead points of intersection with ground geography, and often, there is not enough room to move the laser backwards to accommodate coverage.
