I just got my bottles yesterday. I have edema around my ankles it seems since I put on an insane amount of weight. I went from 180 to 215 pounds. I am 5 ft 8 inches tall. Probably my fault not drinking enough water when I tried them, but only took one pill and that night I had terrible leg cramps. I may try again- only after drinking a ton of water.

I really like these for water retention. It makes me go more often but I don’t feel sudden unexpected urges. Very natural. Great so far!

Only day three and I am thrilled with what I see! Usually around mid-May my ankles start to swell. As the temperatures and humidity rise, my ankles inflate to a point where I can’t even bend them. It’s so bad that I don’t like wearing anything that reveals the swelling. After just three days my swelling has disappeared. Years of suffering erased in a few days. Wish I started using this blend years ago!

If you want to experience the worst headache of your life get this, Holly crap this gave me the worse stomach headache of my life not even Tylenol could take the headache away. I am not caffeine intolerant. That day I decided to take my morning coffee only and after breakfast I took these pills the headache lasted from 10am until I fell asleep and woke up fine this morning. I am not taking these again. I'm throwing them away.
