Healthier Ingredients out there for a pre mix
I think the packet of powder should be sealed as when I opened the box some flour spilled inside the box. Apart from that great product No EE colours xantham gum rubbish stuff

Only useful for making cupcakes.
Easy to make and tastes amazing. Next time I will add further nutmeg, as the overall taste was sugar. The cupcakes turned out great, but not the bigger cake which burnt on the outside quickly and not cooking well in the middle. Definitely worth buying again, but only for cupcakes.

It tastes absolutely amazing. Couldn't tell it wasn't dairy free at all!!
My daughter has recently become dairy free due to an allergy and she absolutely loved it and couldn't tell at all the difference. Even mum enjoyed it. Brilliant for the money

Tastes awful
I bought this thinking it would save me some time, as I had a large number of treatboxes to do for a client and I only had 2x people which were vegan and celiac. It actually tasted vile, my daughter who normally eats anything spat it out too. I ended up baking two more separate vegan & gluten free brownies, so it cost me more time.

Fab Mix
Easy to bake, and had a fabulous flavour. I made them as vegan, tasted as nice if not nicer than normal brownies
