Q: How much dha and epa is in each capsule? what is the dose rate?

Hi, 500 mg of each, and one capsule daily.

Q: Can you please explain why these soft gels are now black in colour? They were yellow before.

This is just an amber coloured shell to help protect the ingredients inside from oxidation. We took the precaution to change over to the amber shells, due to to high temperatures recently reaching over 25 degrees. Once we enter into October these will return to clear shells again as temperatures begin to drop.

Q: Please confirm the epa content. the label is partially covered but it clearly shows 100mg which i believe is for dha.
