Amazon and boAt are the worst companies, they gave a defective product which didn't worked at all i raised a complaint, they didn't cared tye system didn't accept my request nor the invoice provided by Amazon . BoAt sells The worst product to it's customers and don't even care to replace or accept replacement order.

This is the day, when I got my first tws, which is a nechband from boat. According to the reviews on youtube about the quality, I thought that I am buying an average product. I was not sure about it's fit in my ear, as I earlier used to wear my friend's tws and they would fall out. But with a tight budget I finally decided to buy it. And my first impression was truly wow. Sound is very high according to me as I am a first time buyer, I don't have much knowledge about the vocals, base etc. But it's no problem for me, because I have bought it for listning audiobooks, during my prctc bus travel. I was very happy to see the product and to know about all the features like, redialing, rejecting, accepting a call straight from neckband. And we can also talk to our device's voice assistant, by the way I am not sure about it's usage, but it's ok to have it as a feature. I earlier used to think that these features come only with expensive tws, and was not expecting it from this 799 product. I was also very happy to see the extraordinary effort made by company to give stickers and extra pair of earmuffs. Now after reading my review you guys must have thought that and why this it is a paid comment but it's not by the way if Aman Gupta is seeing it, he can pay me, I will not refuse it. I truly liked it, but I do not recommend it to anyone, to buy it just now. Because hardly I have got it 3-4 hours ago, I will use it for 30 days, and then I will tell my final verdict, I will keep on telling you guys after a fixed interval, so boat company as well as you guys can see, what's the experience of a first time tws and first time boat user goes with.THANK YOU

Sound quality 🔋 life is awesome at this price segment 😄😄😄. But bass not good if you looking for bass don't go for it 😉😉😉.
