Nice Addition to Workout
I'm working on getting my mom bod back in shape and I thought this product would be fun to try. (Anything that will help motivate me to get to the gym is a win in and of itself, am I right?) I haven't been using this long enough to know if it will make a diffence with my cellulite, but I can definitely say it has increased sweat output while I exercise!

Burns and sweats
I used it once before workout and once I started my warm up exercise I already started sweating. Next time, I used it after workout (after shower) and I personally preferred after workout because you can still continue burning fat :) I really like it.
