I wish they were brighter than they are. Can tell how long they will last but the time will tell. I wish they could work with out the resistors but not.

This LED replaced a conventional 12v headlight bulb in my brand new medical Cobra scooter.I was really pi..ed when I brought my new scooter home unloaded, and the headlight was burnt out. (It worked at the store) Then when I looked at it closer, it was a conventional bulb not a LED as told to me by the sales person.I found this bulb, checked out the base of the bulb, found a socket base with pig tail wires, ordered both. For less than $5 or so, I have a much brighter headlight. It was a direct wire, no mods. (installation was a nightmare but....)First pic, you can see 3 trees in the distance, 1st is about 30ft and 3rd is about 70ft.Second is the looking at the front.Third is about 6ft from the shed. The pattern is partially from the lens on the scooter.Forth is about 30ft away.

Very happy with this purchase, I often need light at night in my dark parking area. These work as a bright white light when I turn off the headlights, useful for me.

Plenty bright but caused error codes 2016 sierra

It’s no exaggeration to say these bulbs throw an extremely bright light! These little bulbs really pack a lot of powerful brilliance!! They come in a two-pack and are so simple to install- just click right in to the socket! I needed a replacement bulb for my reverse/back-up lights for my 2013 Chevy, and I couldn’t believe the difference in brightness between these LED bulbs and the previous incandescent bulbs that were in my car’s back lights! It’s literally like having a set of bright headlights on the back of my car now when I’m backing up in Reverse now! Quality product with a great Amazon price! I highly recommend!

I bought these for my 2006 Civic Hybrid's reverse lights. They seem well designed, output a lot of light, and use 7.78 watts/bulb (636mA @ 12.22v). They also run very hot.However, for my use, the reverse lamp housing on my car doesn't point the bulbs straight back, but at an angle towards the ground. Unfortunately, this wastes much the light from the focused LEDs at the end of the bulb. In the end, these bulbs are almost 2x as bright as the original bulbs, which is not good enough for my needs considering how dim the originals are.

Wow are these things bright! Installed them as reverse/back up lights on my 2018 Crosstrek and they are crazy bright. I've only had them in for a few days, so it's yet to be seen how they hold up over a long period of time, but I'm amazed at the brightness. They came simply packaged, but well protected in the Amazon box. I would definitely buy again based on first impressions.
