When its not switched on it looks just like a mirrored ball,
This is absolutely beautiful and gives off such a lovely warm and inviting glow. It is a little on the expensive side but still its worth it. When its not switched on it looks just like a mirrored ball, and fits in to its surrounding. My only complaint is that its not dimmable but still its a great purchase. and I love it.

I was gifted one of those metal cage type light shades a while ago, and this is perfect for it. The light is shielded by the outer bulb, giving a lovely soft glow that's gentle on the eyes. It's bigger than I expected, so make sure to measure your shade to be sure it will fit. Makes a real statement, highly recommended.
