This vacuum is exactly what we have been looking for. Its ease of use and accompanying accessories make the job of floor vacuuming a breeze. The machine is lightweight, however the power of the suction is outstanding and the battery life takes us through out entire home on a single charge. Our laminate flooring receives a buffing and always looks nice. It’s pretty and does its job..what more could you ask of a vacuum? We highly recommend this product!

Light weight & easy operating.

I had purchased the previous S11 model (pre-upgrade) and that one failed pretty quickly after some static shock built up while vacuuming carpets in my bedrooms. Due to the shock, it disabled the buttons on the vacuum and was then pretty much useless.After purchasing this new upgraded S11 model, it has been working flawlessly!I love how big the dust bin is and can vacuum the entire house without having to empty. Mind you, i have 3 dogs that shed and is still fine!Only minor gripe is that the pre-upgrade model had a "V" shaped brush head that would direct the dust and hair towards the center so it could get sucked up easilyThis upgraded one just has the regular helix head. But even still, it sucks up dust easily!Battery also lasts a very long time

I love this vacuum!! Easy to use, light and really cleans, even pet hair! It is easy to clean the vacuum as well! Love love it! Buy it!!!❤️❤️❤️

Lightweight. Suction is not that great. Good for light dusting and not good for thick carpet or to pick up pet's hair

This cordless vacuum has been wonderful and helped me to clean up after my kids quick and easy. It’s lightweight and easy to put away and hang up out of the way. It has enough power to clean up food or other scraps on the floor. This has been a great purchase.

I’m really disappointed with this product. The battery drains extremely fast — it barely lasts 20 minutes before needing a recharge
