Purchased this collar to keep track of my Irish Wolfhound on two acres that isn't fenced in. Using Fi, i was able to setup a safe zone and the gps was spot on with keeping track of him. I set the safe zone smaller than the property and whenever he crosses the line, i use his training collar to notify him that he's out of bounds. He now knows where he can go and can get plenty of exercise.Not to mention, when the dogsitter takes him to the park, it shows up on the app where they are, even while she is driving.Awesome priduct! I'm hooked!

Every day I see local posts from people desperately trying to locate their lost dog. My dog doesn't have a habit of getting out but I am sleeping soundly at night knowing that if something were to happen, I will be able to recover him quickly instead of tossing and turning with regret.After a month of use, I have not experienced any issues with battery life, false alerts, or any of the other negatives that I read about prior to purchasing. When we leave the house, I receive a notification on my phone immediately and location pings have been very accurate. I also like that there is a setting to test lost dog mode to ensure that the device is functioning as intended.

Fi has been awesome. We originally purchased this because we were going to Big Bear and we were worried he might get a little too excited and run off, so we wanted to be able to track him (Oliver, our 1 yr old Bedlington Terrier). That didn't happen - but now we love the walking and steps tracking, and even the social aspects. Battery life has been great and I love how we can add other people since he gets walked by others while we are at work or otherwise unavailable. So I highly recommend - even if it is for peace of mind because if you get a little OCD and worry whether you shut the door hard enough or not, you'll know if your furball exits their safe zone!

It took a bit of trouble shooting at first to get the safe zone working properly. It's still not perfect and it's delayed some but it's close. The customer service people have been very helpful and great to chat with and help you understand whatever questions you have. I got the extra small. Im using this with my cat. He is 10.5lbs. I can't really see how a very small dog or toy breed would do with this. Dogs necks are longer but my cat is twice the size and it's enough that I take it off him when he comes in and we put his regular collar back on. Not the most comfortable collar on that small of a pet. It would be helpful if the collar wasn't so wide. The GPS is flat and thin which was one of the top reasons I bought it. The weight and design is better than other GPS collars. The distance we've gone so far has been 7 miles from the base and it's still working perfectly fine. It knew we drove to the vet and the location was accurate. The battery lasts a very long time. I charge it when it's at 80%. I haven't let it go beyond that but it takes over a week to use that 20%. I bought the one that tracks steps, sleep, and walks. There is a difference between the more expensive one. The other one has more health information. This one was suitable for our needs. Not perfect but better than any of the other options out there. I will continue past the free membership period.

I bought this primarily to tack my pup's location of he were to get loose, the tracking in not spot on but close enough for me to find my lost dog if he were to get out. I find it beneficial that it gives me a round about estimate of his steps. The battery last a good while, I change the collar every two weeks just to ensure a good charge. I will definitely extend the subscription.

We ordered 2 FI collars for our pups.The collars were super easy to setup, adding to the app was straight forward. So far we love the ability to actually track on the app.Definitely recommended, much better option that a few of the other “trackers” we have tried.

The safe zone premier will extend to your WiFi reach- no matter where you set the safe zone perimeters. If you set a safe zone and your WiFi reaches further than the safe zone you set it WILL NOT alert you that the dog is outside the safe zone: I had to manually set the base and the safe zone because the system was showing my location as somewhere else. Customer service was easy to contact and very knowledgeable. It was co Vermont that allegedly of a dog is lost/stolen and inside a home or vehicle it may not be eat trackable- as it would be outsides Halo collar is much more expensive but from the people I know with it, it’s much more dependable. The collar itself is sleek, very well made, and great quality. I got the Medium for a 20lb French Bulldog. Fits perfect.

Works as stated, fits dog great and is strong. My dog is not very good on a leash, so she pulls really hard. This collar is holding up just fine. Cons: You are supposed to leave the app open all the time. I bought this and a small tablet to put it on. I assigned it to guest WiFi so it's not inside the secure network and can run constantly. The charge on the collar has lasted 4 weeks with 3 or four hours per day away from home and the base station. It does chew through power quickly in lost dog mode, so I won't let it get below 25% charge.
