I suspect that most of these will be bought as joke gifts for stag nights and to embarrass mates.By the way, it's also medically not recommended - or legal in the UK - to use a shower hose as an enema device. So if you are actually going to use this rather than just give it as a joke gift to embarrass a mate, do what I'm doing, and attach it to a gravity fed enema bag. The water temperature will not change, and it will be at a low and safe pressure for your bowels.The shaft of this nozzle is mostly hollow rubber and it has several holes around the top for good water flow. The dimensions stated in the listing are accurate, making it large for an enema nozzle, but small for a sex toy.
