Netting web is rugged..bungies won't hold anything

The net is strong but the fastening leaves something to be desired. With the bungee balls holding it on you definitely wouldn’t expect it to hold, say, firewood in place. Even though the ad pictures show firewood in the back of the truck a little piece of paper says don’t use it for firewood.

Should hold what I'm intending it for. I'm pretty much anticipating using it to "divide" the bed so I can hold some items towards the tailgate for easier retrieval with the tonneau cover closed. Additionally, I can use this to span the toy deck on my camper to keep items in place while towing. One thing that is almost universally predictable is that the tailgates are either gone, or heavily damaged. Quite often the damage comes from backing up to hook up a trailer and hitting the hitch on the tailgate. Anyway, these tailgate nets are a wonderful addition to the truck bed either with or without a tailgate. They are made of very heavy duty wide strapping and are really quite strong. I’m not sure about the strength of the 4 mounting hubs, because they are plastic and don’t appear to be very strong. I think that eye hooks might be a better way to attach this cargo net. Also, the bungees don’t look like they will hold much. I like that it comes in a nice carry bag so that it can be stowed behind the seat when not in use. It’s black, so it fits with most truck styles. If you can find a way to attach this to the truck securely then you’ll have a really great cargo net. The price was really great for this product too. Overall, I’m really happy with it.

This cargo net is made out of wide, heavy nylon webbing. It comes with four carabiners that are much heavier than light duty ones. The kit includes four elastic tie downs that are a loop with a ball on the end. In the box were four anchors to give you another way to attach the net to the truck bed. This really left me scratching my head over the anchors. Our truck doesn't have a removable bed liner, but has a roll-up tonneau cover. When I bought the truck I removed the bed, cleaned and undercoated everything with a couple of coats of rust preventer/coating. The four anchors they sent need you to drill holes in the bed to install them. That's not happening. The anchors are plastic, so if they have something bang against and bust them you just drilled eight screw holes that can rust for nothing. The other option is with the caribiners. Exactly what they expect you to hook them to has me puzzled. Each corner of the net has metal grommets, which is good. I bought some heavy bungee cords with metal hooks to store with the net in the storage bag they supply. Bungee cords seem to be the only way to secure the net without drilling multiple holes. I'm keeping the five stars because the quality of the net is so good, but please rethink how to attach the net to the truck bed. Recommend the net for its quality.

This truck tail gate works great. I like to use it when I have a load of some longer lumber in the bed of the truck and some shorter pieces that need something to help keep them in the bed. The longer pieces go under the tail gate and the shorter ones stay in the bed. The clips are stout and easily attach to the truck. I did have to double one of the clips as it wasn't long enough to reach all the way across my truck bed. I have a full size bed on a dually truck. Worth the buy.

I’m going to say that this may all of my expectations and exceed some.It said heavy duty, but so have other things I’ve bought in the past, which turned out to be anything but. However, this is much thicker abs better cicatrice than the previous two nets I’ve owned.It was easy to install, totally adjustable, making it versatile enough to use for other applications in a pinch, and worked as it should. I think the longevity should hold out as well.Decent product.
