This extract is very easy and convenient to take. I much prefer it over powders since it mixes well into any drink I have, but I can also take it straight by mouth. It has a slight scent of mushrooms but it’s not overbearing.I haven’t noticed any significant changes to my mood or energy but I know mushrooms have a litany of benefits and this is the only way I can take them since I hate the taste and texture of real mushrooms.For me, this is the only way I’ll be consuming mushrooms in the future and this product seems like a good contender.
