I really wanted to be happy with my Honeycomb flight controls!I purchased a Captains Bundle that includes the Alpha, Bravo and Charlie. The second time we attempted to connect the USB cable to the Charlie Rudder Pedals, the female plug inside the rudder pedal housing broke completely off and is now floating inside the device. I requested support and it took weeks for them to respond and when they did, they had to ask what device I was referring to...even though I had outlined what the issue was when I created the ticket. They told me that they would send a shipping label, once I told them what device was having an issue. They claimed that once they received the device with the issue, they would send me a replacement. So I sent them an email describing the issue again and requested the shipping label.When they sent the label, they described a process of returing everything for a refund, not exchanging the defective set of rudder pedals.It does not seem that they can track the specific details of the issues they should be helping to resolve or follow through with actions to resolve those issues.They also didn't provide any type of return authorization number so that once the item was received, it would be processed correctly.I am left feeling as though there is no way that Honeycomb Aeronautical can resolve customer service or warranty issues at all, let alone in a timely manner.
