Awesome lock!
Wonderful lock! My car is keyless, so I wanted my house to be also. This lock was easy to install and works perfect! I have it set with a code and also my thumbprint. The thumb reader works perfect each and every time. I also had questions and their customer service was easy to reach and very helpful with my question.

Quick to instal and effective
Easy to install and start using. Comes with good instructions and videos to aid. Using this has been a breeze. Recommend to others too. With the price point and functionality this was the best automatic lock avaialble to purchase. Does the work as intended!!!

Good but some difficulty installing
The installation was tricky, I even paid a locksmith and he couldn’t figure it all the way out. The directions and videos are clear but I think I had a faulty part in the lock I received. Nonetheless I was able to get it fixed with the help of customer support—Aaron was particularly helpful! Now it works like a charm! But beware potential challenges installing

Very good quality
This smart door lock is Veise's new upgraded KK Home series. The quality is very good, it matches my door very well and is very beautiful. I especially like the fact that it can be unlocked and closed by fingerprint, which is very convenient, which is not the case with all the smart locks I've bought before. Also can set many types of codes for my family or friends, also can share the lock permission in the app...

Great for the price, easy to install and setup
All the family was surprised how well this door lock system works - easy to setup using the app and easy to install in the door. It took 10min to setup the entire family and tags - Well recommend

So far so good!
Lock has worked as it is supposed to. Fingerprint option can be a bit finicky at times but other than that it has worked very well. The price point is also good for what you get. I'm very happy with this lock and considering buying another one if I can get it keyed the same as the first one I bought.

If you don't know..ASK!
The lock works wonderfully installed easily The only drawback was the website wasn't clear on that you needed a G1 gateway which I called the company Veise. Turn that call we troubleshot and discovered that I needed the G1 gateway The representative Aaron help me out he was wonderfully nice and responsive and got that G1 ordered for me! Hurray! Thanks to Aaron I don't have to worry about sending it back and trying to get another lock because it was not allowing me to complete setup, without the G1 gateway.
