Purchased Keepsmile L8 Cordless Oral Irrigator with four cleaning modes to get rid of tartar & mild stains from my teeth. It arrived well packaged and quickly and good value & quality product. First time of use I soaked myself and the bathroom walls even though it was on the lowest setting. Quiet but not comfortable to use. Water tank needs to be filled at least twice as it empties very quickly. I tried both DIY & Soft setting however I found it to be too severe and as it tells you not to touch the teeth whilst flossing and with my head dipped in the sink with subsequent uses found it difficult to locate & use proficiently on specific areas. The four mode choices of use are Strong, Normal, Soft & DIY. I haven't dare try the other choices. Charging the irrigator is very efficient.

very good but you do get wet if your not used to it the hard mode uses more water at high pressure ans if your not quick enough you can imagine anyway its very good got rid of alot of dirt on my teeth incl tarter on low mode -its slower but does adventually get rid of alot

It works very well, I can actually feel the strength of the water pressure and it is powerful. My teeth feel very clean afterwards and I plan to use this for a very long time. Only concern would be the size of the water tank on the bottom, it’s kinda small so I usually only get my upper arch done before I have to refill. I also like to do all surfaces so I do end up refilling quite a bit. Other than that, it’s a great value, feels durable, easy to use and I’ve had it now for about a week without needing to charge it
