Been suffering with earwax and deafness in my left ear for weeks so decided to give this a go ...and after second wash cleared my ear and hearing is so much better ...cant believe how it worked so well

after using olive oil for a few days to soften wax the removal kit completed the wax removal quite easily,

Works - was deafish and can now hear.

used this today after suffering with blocked ears, very easy to use and it done the job, this is after a couple of days using olive oil to soften the ear wax, which is recommended and it does help. would definitely recommend this product, hence the five stars.

Very rare I leave a review but I had too for this. Never used one before was skeptical at first but my word it's brilliant. Strange feeling especially on strongest setting but it did the job amazingly. I would recommend using olive oil drops (I used earol) for few days or so before few times a day just to soften the wax low and behold on 2nd day of using it it completely cleared a big chunk of wax that was partially blocking my ear making me slightly deaf that side. So yeah highly recommend it if follow instructions correctly and use olive oil extremely pleased and saves me paying crazy fees on microsuction privately!!!

Followed instructions with 3 hour charge and then it never powered on
