Health supplement
I think this is a decent supplement. It has plenty of active ingredients which are helpful to aid cognitive function and concentration. I haven’t seen too much difference but definitely had any bad effects or side effects from them. They are easy to take and are good quality.

Many nutrients in one capsule
IMPORTANT NOTE: My review is purely my own experience and not medical advice. You should seek professional medical advice from your doctor before taking any supplements, especially if you are taking medications for any other condition. All medications and supplements are subject to any number of unwanted effects so you should take personal responsibility to ensure the benefits outweigh potential risks.Shilajit is a black tar-like substance often associated with the Himalayan mountain region, but in reality it is sourced from other high altitude regions throughout the world. It is formed over time from a mixture of plants and minerals that decompose and transform into a sticky resin that oozes out between mountainous rocks, retaining the concentrated nutrients from the decomposed vegetation.Sea moss, known scientifically as Chondrus crispus, is a type of algae or seaweed rich in iodine as well as other various vitamins and minerals and antioxidants that may benefit overall health. However, its nutritional structure can fluctuate, and by consuming it in large amounts, you may ingest high levels of iodine or heavy metals, which can be harmful.Lions Mane (Hericium erinaceus) is a type of mushroom having a large, white, shaggy appearance that gives it its name. This fungi is believed to have a range of potential benefits, with claims to suppress anxiety and improve cognitive function, and are sometimes referred to as functional mushrooms. All three of the above have claims where human based scientific research is limited, although people do report noticeable benefits after taking these compounds individually. I personally have felt some health improvements over the last couple of weeks, although I couldn’t tell you if this is the capsules, placebo, or coincidence. This product contains 120 capsules to give you 4 months supply at a cost of just shy of £20. The stated dosage is 1 capsule per day. The capsules themselves are average sized and made from Hydroxypropyl Methyl Cellulose (HPMC) which is a soluble semisynthetic polymer (gelatine-free) so should meet most peoples dietary preferences, but this is not a natural substance so you may want to check into this compound for your own preferences (the Codex Alimentarius entry is E464 for your information).17p per capsule is on the premium price side for this type of supplement, so not the cheapest product on the market. However if the purity claims are true then this is good value when compared to other brands, and something to consider when purchasing these types of compounds as they pose a potential hazard if not processed and refined properly. Obviously I can’t speak too much about the quality of the ingredients as I don’t have access for laboratory testing.

GOOD STUFF
I'm 70 and I am pleased to say that I have, most definitely, benefitted from this supplement. I am more alert during the day, which makes me happy. You also get enough capsules to last 4 months, by which time, you will know if they are helping you, or not.
