I am not sure if it was some meddling from the seller, OR if the product itself has a problem, but i am thoroughly disappointed.When i tried to shake the container over my head, i expected some fine powder to pour out but instead, nothing came out of it. When i oped the container, i saw that all the powder inside had gotten clumped together forming a lumpy texture, as if the powder had thickened and caked. Look at the image attached. That's how lumpy and thick the fine powder has become inside the container.I don't know how Amazon allows these guys to push this as a non-returnable product. That makes the customer helpless. The powder is quite UNUSABLE. Either Toppik needs to rework on their Quality Control and design a tamper-proof container, OR this seller needs to be investigated for product tampering.I cannot believe that a known international brand like Toppik is pushing such a low quality product, and shortchanging customers this way. I am thoroughly disappointed. I would warn customers to stay away from this product.

Useless product unless you have really brown hair. The colour is very light and does not cover the area well. If you intend to buy, buy only the black coloured one. I experimented for the first time, suffice to say, it’ll be the last time.

I am disappointed, as the hair powder is lumpy. After applying, if you sweat or go out on a windy day, it turns into wool and your bald patches/ scalp is seen again. Total waste of money, don't buy this hair fibre.
