I don't know why vendors don't tell you the hook size
I don't know why vendors don't tell you the hook size. If you read the web page the only mention of hook size is "Wider gap hooks for large or small mouth bass".I use this type of jig Head to fish for Snook and Redfish. I show one of these Jig Heads in my photo with a Ned Head Jig Head that I like (the white one), and you can see how much larger the hook is. Note both are 1/8 oz and similar hook type.I measured them both and the gap (outside) of this Jig Head is .39", my other one is .55".

Great hooks for smallmouth and largemouth.
Got these for ned rig fishing for bass. The hooks are appropriate for most any of the ned baits I have found. They are decently sharp, but a file wouldn't hurt. They are pretty solid shanks so I don't think they will easily bend. I have a small issue getting a bait sucked up to the head because the bait keeper has a thin gap between it and the hook. It doesn't render it useless but is a minor inconvenience. The lead is very cleanly molded with no rough spots anywhere. I also wish the heads were painted. I will say they seem a little heavy compared to other 1/8oz jig heads I have. These 20 ned heads for this price is well worth it.
