Glossary, not a bible
Going to be extremely honest, when you buy a book you hope to get some additional insight. Something that is unique whether it’s the authors take, the resources used, or a disparate line of thinking. This book has none of that. What you have is a bulletized list of common terms, phrases, and concepts. This is not a bible, rather it’s a glossary that appears it was written by going to ChatGPT and saying “give me a list of common cybersecurity and networking terms.” And then asking “please expand upon each concept.”Kudos to the authors for pushing out a book; however, your money is better spent elsewhere (or not at all and just go to GitHub lists and capitalize off one of the popular cybersecurity and networking ones; which, is free and way more comprehensive).
