I’m not sold on this truck safe. The actual safe is NOT designed to fit. Pretty frustrating to say the least.

It would be a great product if it worked properly. The safe fits like a glove in my 2018 Tacoma, however I can’t lock it. The metal piece is canted and can’t be locked. I tried loosening the nut which holds the locking mechanism in place, but that didn’t work. I added a spacer, but that also didn’t work. I considered bending the metal so it would lock in place, but I decided against it considering the amount that was paid for it. Again, it would be a great product if it worked properly. I’m guessing it was a manufacturing problem.
