Good really but it
This supplement is really very effective in maintaining good gut, health and brewing immune system as well. It is very affordable. I like it so much..

Bugs in the capsules
After a month of use, the tablets started to disintigrate a little. When emptied from the bottle to check insects (like grain bugs) started emerging from the capsules, eating their way out. It was quite disgusting. and sad because this is one of the few methylated options out there.
