I am a big fan of ASICS to begin with, so I tried these shoes and they did not disappoint. I trained for the Disney dopey challenge in January which is a 48.6 mile four day event, I did not wear these every day but They are one of my go to shoes.

They feel really good, just tried for the first time today and set a record time on Strava already. They really make me much faster (had Bondi 8 and Altras before). If you like Hoka Bondi 8 these feel even better! Very bouncy but still feel the ground. I would take your usual running shoe size. Bought mine half size up and they are just a bit too big for me. But still love them, going to use them for my next half marathon.

No carbon fiber plate, no problem! I use these on the treadmill, or for everyday runs that don't justify the serious "plate". Comfortable, and durable.
