The media could not be loaded. Phone failed less than 2 months after purchasing. Amazon accepted a return but charged me 20% restocking fee.Update, I ordered a new phone and the same issue was happening to the new phone. Black screen with blinking speaker, teams, mic and headset buttons. So I checked the power supply which was also blinking. I ordered a new power cord and the phone is working now. This could be solved if Yealink would just supply the phone with a power adapter. The type c-cord and ethernet cords did not work to supply power. So in order for it work I had to purchase an additional power adapter.
