Bought this Lock after comparing with many other brands available. I feel I made right decision as1) Sturdy build quality and premium Looks2) I think all unlocking features are embedded like Face, Fingerprint, Card, Password, OTP, Remote Unlocking, Keys.3) Additional Powerbank support is quite helpful. I just locked door when battery was removed for charging and Keys were also not with me, then I remembered this option and it worked great.4) Product support during installation was provided.5) Just remember that your carpenter should be experienced person.6) One feature can be added Of Camera Adjustment which I feel is must as my outer stair is bit lower as compared to lock camera height so it capture just half of imageWill write more detailed review with Photo/Video after a month or two of usage.Thanks Golens

Very bad experience with this lock...1) They don't have an app where all functions work.. i bought this looking at functions.. OTP doesn't work.. Can't sync..2) Very bad and unreliable camera,. Half the times you just get a dark blank..3) No customer service could be accessed..4) The supplier called to answer queries at their own time... But didn't resolve all my queries..5) No set up or instruction manual..I STRONGLY SUGGEST NOT BUYING IT .. WASTE OF MONEY AND TRUST6) Now if I want to change it, the damage on door would be visible. BIGGER EXPENSE

Quality and the performance of the product is nice. Worth for the price. Very premium look.Installation is also done by the authorised person in a neat way.

I purchased the Golens X41 smart lock, and initially, it worked flawlessly with no issues at all. The lock had an impressive battery backup, needing a recharge only once a month. The fingerprint and face unlock features were incredibly quick and convenient, making it a delight to use.However, after about two weeks, I started facing issues with Wi-Fi connectivity. The lock would disconnect from Wi-Fi approximately every two hours. I reached out to Golens support, and their response was commendable. The initial troubleshooting included reinstalling the app, but unfortunately, it didn’t solve the issue.Golens support didn’t stop there. They suspected a firmware version upgrade might resolve the problem and promptly sent me a new back panel screen with the latest firmware. While this effort was appreciated, the issue persisted. Despite the setback, Golens went above and beyond by replacing my entire smart lock with a brand-new model—at no additional cost. They even handled the installation free of charge, without any hassle or questions.The new smart lock has been working perfectly ever since. This level of dedicated support is rare in today’s market. Golens has truly outdone themselves and set a benchmark for customer service and satisfaction.If you’re considering a smart lock, look no further than Golens.
