works well and pulls in all available stations in my valley
install is easy for this type of Ant. supplied cable was plenty long to connect to old cable inlet. Ant. seems sturdy - time will tell. After running station search on tv all seems great.

Works well in fringe areas
This was to replace an older unit that weathered poorly. The performance is solid and more stations than the old one when it was new.

Good Multidirectional Antenna
We live in a signal desert, but I really want to get free television- uncompressed high definition! We have a small city to the north about sixty miles, a larger source south, at 31 and 55 miles, and due west another one about eighty miles. The situation is bleak for antenna tv. The one bright spot is that we live in a coastal area that is dead flat and no large buildings around. I had bought a directional antenna after looking at the information on antennaweb.org, and I could either get the north/south stations or the west stations, but not both. As it turns out, the channels to the west were the preferred ones, so I got a mast above the roof and we were able to get those. Always the one to try something new, I got this antenna in the hopes we could have it all, but as it turns out, only at a cost. Directional antennas (I know it's supposed to be antennae) are better for single direction than a multidirectional, and we lost enough of the signal strength to the west that it's not watchable. We did pick up a few channels north and south, though.Installation was really easy for me, as the cable was already run. I tried it without the amplifier first, and it did pretty well. Turning on the amplifier added one channel but cost me one outlet space. I like the clean look of the antenna, and the hardware didn't require any tools to install it. I can't fault the antenna at all for lack of channels, the location of our house is to blame. I'd recommend this to anyone within thirty miles of a tower, but it can bring in signals from farther away if you get it high enough.

Good multi-directional antenna
I live in an area where I’m behind hills, far from broadcast towers, and the towers are in different directions. A recipe for disaster. I currently use an outdoor mast mounted directional antenna, but I’m not able to get all of the channels I want. I used one of the many online resources and determined that an outdoor multidirectional antenna has a good likelihood of picking up both the southern and the western antennas, so I gave this Airlegant omnidirectional a try. Omnidirectional antenna is great if you have lots of nearby (less than 25 miles) antennas in different directions, but you may still want to stick with a directional antenna if you have a cluster of antennas that are farther away. The Airlegant has a built-in SmartPass amplifier, so it’ll either amplify a good channel, or make a bad channel worse. It also has built-in 4g filters, but that’s not an issue in my area, so I can’t comment on its effectiveness. My final setup is Antenna > SmartPass > Tablo HDMI > RJ45 extender > HDMI TV, and everything works pretty well. Check online resources, and if they indicate that you’d be best with an outdoor omnidirectional, then this is a great option.

I Live In A Dead Zone...
I have been trying and trying to find an antenna, any antenna that would give me any signal possible. With the specs and design of this antenna, I thought that I might actually be able to find a good signal. Much to my chagrin, I still had no viable signal. I finally decided to call in the professionals to find out what was going on I couldn't get a good signal no matter what equipment or position I tried. Turns out that I live over some deposit of this or that, I can't remember without the report, and that scrambles the signals that normally would be able to be grabbed by antennas of most types. So, it isn't the fault of this large-sized antenna that I couldn't get a signal. I did try this in th RV and this antenna picked up more channels than we ever have gotten before.🐻 *Statement/Disclaimer: This review is part of Amazon's Vine Program which provides products at a reduced cost in exchange for sincere/frank reviews. very light and easy to use
As a vine customer my goal is to give an unbias review. So here it goes. I connected this to an ATSC antenna input to traditional HDMI out for an older Plasma that I have. It grabbed 33 channels with it just sitting on the window sill. I have taken the time to mount it in the attic using the existing and additional RG-6 that I ran at an earlier time and I got 36 channels and a few that were blocky and would drop out are super strong now. What I like is the fact that it is super light and easy to dismount should you want to mount it to the out side of an RV and un-mount it for traveling.I does work better with the powered amp and is is USB so there are many options for powering it such as a USB external power bank and the ampflifier is controlled at the viewing location should power need to be conserved. It is a great option if you the need.Thank-you for reading my review

Blurry Channels
My old antenna got 44 channels on my smart tv.This antenna got 29 channels on my tv. And all 29 were blurry! The small on/off led box on the connecting cable doesn't work. This antenna is for non smart digital TV's only!!So, if you haven't moved up to a Smart TV, this antenna is for you!!!Disappointed with this product 👎
