I did not see any improvement with using on my nose piercing. Very thin liquid once it heats up from touching your skin, becomes very oily.

I tend to get acne easily on my face when I'm tired or dry, so I ordered this ointment because it's said to help with scars. It's a gel type, so it absorbs well into the skin and is absorbed quickly. I'll have to use it for a long time to see if it works, but I'm going to keep using it in the hopes that it will work.
