Tonic Lotion for Men - Toner Spray with Prebiotics - Gentle Skincare for All Skin Types - Fresh, Aromatic Scent, 200 ml

I am not 100% sure how this lotion helps. After getting superb results following my purchase of the salicylic acid serum, I polished my French and watched Horace videos on YouTube. That chap said a tonic is a must to reduce oily skin and the tonic should be applied before the serum. Then a moisturiser following the serum.In reality I got all my skin care routine fromHorace (with exception of an eye cream... there seems to be none) and so far I am absolutely delighted. I've been using daily for two months or so.

There is a very mild fragrance to this tonic lotion. I find it to be pleasant.I do not have any cotton pads but I do have access to cotton wool balls. Spraying the product on a cotton wool ball and applying it to my face removed quite a bit of dirt after a gym session. Leaving my face to feel clean and refreshed. My only issue with this method is bits of the cotton wool ball got deposited on my face too! Most probably became of having some facial stubble. After use I used a Horace moisturiser which I have also reviewed.It required a couple of presses of the pump to prime it to dispense out the lotion.No safety seal is present. For peace of mind I would like to see a breakaway seal on the screw on pump lid, so you know the contents have not been tampered with. A plastic seal over the clear cap and pump neck could also be beneficial. The bottle does not come in any branded or plain box. Supplying it in a sealed branded box would mean the previous suggestions would not necessarily be required.Due to how little is dispersed, a bottle should last for quite a long time. Even with a couple of pumps or more per application.

Refreshing, toning and great for the morning after the night before!

Great toner, it even cleans off any oil you may have missed whilst washing and leaves the skin ready for your usual products afterwards. Couldn’t recommend this more highly.

I have had the good fortune of using some Horace products before today. As such I cam into this with a high opinion pf Horace products and was happily waiting to be wowed.Well....I can't say I was 'wowed' by this toner. It arrives in a plastic bottle with a very standard push down spray nozzle you've no doubt seen a million times before. The liquid itself is clear and watery like...er...water! The consistency is also water-like. It sprays out very well and to be fair it spreads onto the face pretty evenly and nicely it's just that...I don't really feel a whole lot afterwards to be honest with you.With a moisturiser or any similar cream I feel like I know when I've just used it. Perhaps that sounds silly but you know what I mean, right?! You apply moisturiser you feel softer and hydrated even. Here I apply this toner I just don't really feel anything.For me personally I'm not mightily impressed but I'm going to give four stars because it is all subjective. You may be reading this and actively looking for a mild face toner in which case this would be right up your street and ignore my semi-negative reaction. This is what I mean, one man's meat is another man's poison and all that. Order this by all means but consider that it is very light and mild and you won't be disappointed. Failure to read reviews before ordering and you may expect something different and potentially be disappointed.

I like Horace products for men facial toner is a refreshing addition to my routine. It follows on from the cleanser and is light, slightly scented and very refreshing to use.It leaves my face feeling clean and smooth.

The push to spray bottle dispenses the tonic easily and not excessively. You can avoid wastage. The manufacturer suggests spraying onto cotton wool or directly on the skin. I compromised and sprayed into my palm and then used my fingers to apply to my face, avoiding my eyes. I have quite sensitive skin but didn't experience any discomfort or irritation. I was aware of a slight heat sensation but this could just have ben from the massaging.The initial smell of the tonic is quite unpleasant. It reminded me of the mouth rinse at the dentists. Whilst massaging in, the smell to me was similar to aniseed and not unpleasant. The smell does not last long after massaging. My skin felt less greasy afterwards but that was all.I hope you found this review useful.If you have a question, I always try to respond when Amazon forwards them to me.

I love a facial mist in my routine and this is a pretty good one. It feels refreshing when sprayed and makes my skin feel moist. I love the added probiotics which is through my research are meant to help with skin health and resilience. It's pricy but it seems really good quality so I think it's worth the money.
