Review after one week of use-The delivery :The order first showed as rejected, even though I didn't receive it. The customer service was kind enough to provide a solution. It came the next day of actual date of delivery. The package looked like it was packed hastily, the product was in good condition.The product :The product has a design flaw which doesn't allow the handle to be at 90° of the mop plate. The material of the screw is unnecessarily extended which makes it impossible for the handle to be upright. We had to sand down the extension to be able to utilise the mop fully.The quality :It is sturdy, great quality of plastic and steel. This telescopic lock system is amazing.No danger of detachment, breaking, loosening or anything else. The rotation of the broom is smooth as well. The microfiber is also lightweight and absorbentApart from the extra efforts of sanding the corners down, the quality is totally worth it.
