This is the greatest invention!! My husband is always cold even on warm days - he turns on a space heater while I am opening windows. Now with this wonderful neck fan I have another defense against being so hot. It is great to have 5 levels of fan speed and the neck brace is comfortable, you hardly know it is there except for the great cooling effect. There is very little noise, of course there is more at the highest speeds. I am very happy with the product :)

CUSTOMER SERVICEAs much as I want to start in on how much I like this product, I feel it's important to first mention the seller. I could write a short novel, but for simplicity sake, I will say this is one of the more exceptional web based vendors I have ever had the opportunity to buy from on any platform. Communication, professionalism, politeness, immediate message response time, speedy processing and shipping time, safe packaging, yes, yes, yes! 110% across the board.PERFORMANCEThe personal cooler itself is excellent as well. Even on medium speed, it is shockingly quiet, considering the nature of the product. The highest speed is a bit louder, but I haven't needed to use it at that speed outside of trying it out. Levels 1-3 are plenty effective to keep me cool. That being said, the 5th fan speed is still not overly loud. The battery lasts is longer than my needs. It's a great product for sure.COMFORTI was nervous about getting any type of personal cooling system because of some old injuries from my past. I was not sure my neck or shoulders could support the weight. I was happy to discover that this is not just light, but the shape also has a clever designed rest. The rest prevents the device from inhibiting natural neck movements as well as allows for constant airflow.AESTHETICSAdmittedly, I tend to feel a bit silly wearing anything practical. You would never catch me in a waist bag/fanny pack. But considering how picky I am about stuff like this, it's not half bad. I got it in white (I would have preferred black if that was an option). It's clean looking and not clashy with most clothing.Overall, I would definitely do business here again and most likely will.

This thing runs for 5 hours straight! So perfect while I'm at work. This one is built better than others I've tried.

I recently bought the JISULIFE Upgraded Portable Neck Fan on a whim after a positive review in the WSJ. Unfortunately, the product fell short of my expectations in a couple of key ways.The upgraded neck support supposedly conforms to the curve of the neck, but it just didn't work for me. The fit still felt awkward and uncomfortable, especially when I tried to move around. I couldn't imagine wearing it for an extended period.My biggest complaint, however, was the noise. Of course, some noise is to be expected with a fan. However, at the higher speeds (which are really necessary in hot weather), the sound became excessive and bothersome.On a positive note, the fan did produce a good amount of airflow. If you can tolerate the discomfort and noise, they might be a good value for the price. The build quality seemed decent.However, for me, the awkward fit and excessive noise level were dealbreakers. There are other neck fans on the market that offer a more comfortable and quieter experience. I would recommend looking elsewhere unless you prioritize a low price point over comfort and noise level.

Love how this keeps you cool and is super comfortable to wear. I’ve only had to use it on gear 2 which is satisfying and provides a long battery life but the noise level on the higher gears is to be expected but all round a must get for use anywhere.Also its not noted but it can be used while charging. Goes up to gear 3 max. Best to use a 90 degree type c end and a long enough cable with a power bank
